Working as a wellness writing coach marries my background in nursing with my love of writing.
But I bet you’re wondering what a wellness writing coach does and what I can specifically do for you.
A wellness writing coach leads you through a series of guided writings to help you become healthier in body, soul, and spirit.
These are some times when you could benefit from the help of a wellness writing coach, though this is not an exhaustive list:
-During life transitions
-When you’ve experienced traumatizing events that are affecting your life negatively
-To cope during times of sickness, pain, or stress
-When you’re setting goals and planning for the future
-To make sense of life when life doesn’t make sense
-When you want to make a significant life change (lose weight, overcome addiction. . .)
-As you work through end-of-life issues or to record memories of your life
-To discover your God-given talents and abilities
You do not have to be a writer to benefit from the help of a wellness writing coach. In fact, some of the people who benefit most from guided writing exercises are those who typically don’t get in touch with their feelings or write.
I offer both one-on-one sessions and group sessions for hospitals, corporations, churches, and other organizations. Check back soon for details about the particular options available or contact me for more information.
