-I’m a freelance writer, but I’ve also helped numerous writers achieve their publishing dreams through my writing coach services. However, these days I’m on hiatus from coaching so I can focus on my own writing.

-I taught writing classes to students in third through twelfth grades for more than ten years.

-I’m an RN who worked for thirteen years in maternal/neonatal nursing.

-I homeschooled my children for fifteen years until they graduated and went off to college.

The Reason We Speak by Marybeth Whalen, UpWrite Books, 2009; I wrote the third chapter.

Becoming the Woman of His Dreams by Sharon Jaynes, Harvest House, 2005; she used a paraphrased version of an article I had published.

Living Life on Purpose by Lysa Terkeurst, Moody, 2000; used one of my previously published articles.

The Best of the Proverbs 31 Ministry, Proverbs 31 Ministries, 1999; used seven of my articles or poems previously  published in their magazine.

Contributions to magazines, websites, blogs:

-Columnist for TEACH Magazine (now Eternal Encouragement) for several years

-Multiple articles published in The Proverbs 31 Homemaker, which is now P31 Woman

This is not an exhaustive list. I’ve written much more and been published in more places, but this is a sampling of my work. I enjoy writing non-fiction (no fiction) and I’m willing to try new types of writing.
