The wondow is GREAT! I have one in the basement just waiting for inspiration to strike. Well, Bonita, you struck! And the shelf is wonderful too!

By the way, the treatment on my walls that you covet was so incredibly easy. It really looks like suede in person. The whole room took a gallon and a half of Ralph Lauren Suede paint. I used a special roller, rolled on the first coat, let it dry for 4 hours and then using random x's on the wall painted the second coat. It's all the same color but there is a slight texture in it and a slight metallic fleck to give it the two tone look. EASY PEASY!
