Celebrate April 14 and 15, 2008

Once again the day is almost done so it's a little late to celebrate for today. I decided to go ahead and include some celebrations for tomorrow in case I'm running late again.

Funny thing, yesterday I blogged that it was Organize Your Files Week and even commented that God might give me a special grace to do just that. Guess what I did today! I organized my files- all of them! Never in a million years did I think I could or would even be inclined to do that, but it happened. I filled two gigantic trash bags full of papers and shreddings. It feels so freeing!

Back to today.

Today is International Moment of Laughter Day. Guess you could still fit a chuckle in before snoozing.

Today is National Pecan Day. It would have been a great day to make some pecan pie. Oh well.

Today is Look Up At the Sky Day. I sort of pictured looking at a blue sky, but stars are nice too.

Today is Reach as High as You Can Day. I sure hope that means physically because after all that file organizing I'm not feeling overly ambitious.

Tomorrow is Rubber Eraser Day. Honestly, who thinks up these celebrations? Tomorrow would be a good day to erase bad attitudes, past sins, and any unforgiveness or bitterness that we are harboring.

Tomorrow is Titanic Remembrance Day. Watch the movie. Read some books. Go for a boat ride. Take a cruise. Just don't sink.
